With each home purchased with Phoenix Property Group and mortgage loan closed with Radiant Financial Group, our companies will donate a portion of the proceeds to PPG Gives.
For our most recent giveback project, we partnered with 1MISSION to help build homes in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. 1MISSION is a community development organization giving people in poverty the opportunity to earn a house by serving their community. 100% of the money will be used to fund projects and programs in the field. Families are required to serve 200+ hours to earn their houses. This sustainable approach results in community development that multiplies from neighbor to neighbor. By participating in their community, families not only work together, but they feel the support of their neighbors and develop relationships of trust and shared burdens.
